At Butcher on the Block you get it your way! If you want one pork chop or a 2" thick steak, you will get it here. From the day we opened, our highest priority has been to serve our community with what they are looking for - freshness and quality... and the ability to actually ask someone a question about meat and meal preparation.
Customers can see the grinding and cutting of meat, the making of sausage, or simply watch us as we take five minutes for a quick sandwich. We take pride in showing off our image of freshness and cleanliness. When you come to Butcher on the Block you will find yourself in a very warm and friendly environment. There are no walls hiding our operation.
Our Gourmet Deli
Whether you're looking for a place to pick up fresh sliced meats and cheeses or a mouthwatering sandwich to enjoy on your lunch break, the deli at Butcher on the Block is sure to please.
All of our deli sandwiches have a 1/4 pound of meat... just enough to fill you up! We use quality Dietz & Watson lunchmeat for all of our cold sandwiches (and some hot ones too!) Each sandwich is made to order. If you do not see something you like, you can create your own sub!

You'll find marinades and seasonings to perfectly accent any meal you choose to make.

Butcher on the Block features a variety of specials that we change daily so your choices are always fresh. Choose among tasty sandwiches made with quality meats, cheeses and crisp vegetables, served on wholesome bread and made to order.
We also offer homemade soups that perfectly compliment any sandwich you choose.
Bratwursts & Sausages for Summertime Grilling
Butcher on the Block features 40 different varieties of Homemade Bratwursts and Sausages! They are out of this world and are perfect for tossing on the grill at a summer barbecue.
During the summer, we carry as many varieties of bratwursts that we can fit into our case. However, you may want to call ahead and have us set aside your favorites, just to make sure you're guaranteed to get them!
By special order we can make any brat with any ingredients you choose!
